Billing & General Office Questions

Thank you for trusting us with your care. Please reach out and call 724-832-9096 ext. 2 or text 724-420-4547 if we can be of assistance. When not on another line or out of the office, our phone line will be answered live by our office manger, Lisa, Mon, Wed, Thurs, Fri between the hours of 10 am and 3 pm. Phones will also be answered Tues between 2 pm and 8 pm. Please feel free to leave a message at any time in our fully secure voicemail system. Texting provides a quick and convenient means to communicate with our office, though we do not recommend sharing your credit card or private personal information via text, to assure your security. As a patient, we encourage you to register in our portal, a secure HIIPA-compliant way to send and receive information.
