Individual Psychotherapy for Adults

Our psychologists and counselors provide therapy from a variety of therapeutic perspectives. In your initial appointment, you and your therapist will work together to identify and define the problems and discuss what approach might work best for you. Some of the problems we regularly treat individuals for include:

  • Mood disorders – including depression and bipolar disorder

  • Anxiety disorders – including general anxiety, panic, and obsessive-compulsive disorder

  • Eating disorders – of mild to moderate severity

  • Adjustment issues – dealing with adjustment to a variety of life issues

  • General stress – including job, relationship, parenting, and health

  • Anger issues

  • Bereavement and loss

All clinicians provide individual psychotherapy both in-person and virtually, depending on fit and availability.
